Goals for 2013-2014

 
 
 

Goals:

  • Define
  • Gain muscle


  • Tone-up
  • Decrease body fat percentage
  • Hit my ultimate weight goal (20-25lbs)
  • Dress size (8)
  • Run more on a consistently basis (at least 15-20 miles a week including scheduled races).
  • Stick with 6-8 workouts a week.
  • Increase pace



















  • At least 4 out of state races (even though I have more planned, lol)
  • 12 medals in 12 months!!!!!
  • Become a certified nutrition and run coach
