Goals:
- Define
- Gain muscle
- Tone-up
- Decrease body fat percentage
- Hit my ultimate weight goal (20-25lbs)
- Dress size (8)
- Run more on a consistently basis (at least 15-20 miles a week including scheduled races).
- Stick with 6-8 workouts a week.
- Increase pace
- At least 4 out of state races (even though I have more planned, lol)
- 12 medals in 12 months!!!!!
- Become a certified nutrition and run coach
